Fire Cider: Winter Support Serum

Fire Cider is a Tonic made from veggies, roots, fruits, herbs, that have been infused in Apple Cider Vinegar. It is said to give the Immune System a hearty boost through the winter, while also warding off the common cough, cold, and the flu. There are also many other said benefits such as aiding in digestion, congestion, and boosting energy.

I have done a little digging decided that I couldn't follow one straight up recipe. So I compiled all of my favorite ingredients from multiple recipes and came up with this. I have never made Fire Cider, so I am looking forward to seeing how it turns out.

I plan on taking daily shots of this cider though the winter, and I also want to try It in some sautés, soups and dressings. Here it is~
